How do I install new artwork for the interchangeable top panel?

Unfasten the screws that are holding the top panel. Doing so will release the artwork sheet and the plastic layer, allowing a replacement.

How do I register my Razer device using the serial or part number?

How do I change the knob on the joystick of the Razer Atrox for Xbox One?

  1. Align the flat tip of the included screwdriver to the bottom side of the joystick and hold it firm.

  2. Unscrew the joystick knob.

  3. Do the same step in holding the shaft then fasten the replacement knob.

How do I find the serial or model number on my Razer Atrox for Xbox One?

  1. Press the Compartment button to unlock the lid.

  2. Lift the lid to access the multipurpose compartment.

  3. Look for the sticker on the top right-hand corner of the lid panel as shown below.

How do I clean my Razer controller?

  1. Unplug all connections and switch off your controller.

  2. Use a lint-free microfiber cloth with an alcohol-based cleaning solution.

  3. Wipe the surface of your controller.

  4. Use compressed air to blow dust away from the controller’s hard-to-reach areas.

General Information

Is the Razer Atrox for Xbox One compatible with a PC running Microsoft Windows?

The Razer Atrox for Xbox One can currently be used on Windows PCs with limited functionality. You will need to use the current Microsoft beta drivers for Xbox One controllers. Moreover, Microsoft does not plan to have official drivers for Arcade Sticks yet, and thus, Razer does not officially support the Atrox for Xbox One on Windows.

Will the Razer Atrox for Xbox One work normally on an Xbox One® if plugged directly into a USB hub?

Yes. The Razer Atrox for Xbox One will work normally when plugged directly into a USB hub.

Can I connect multiple Razer Atrox for Xbox One controllers to my Xbox® at the same time?

Yes. You can use multiple Razer Atrox for Xbox One controllers at the same time on your Xbox.

What does the Lock Switch do on the Razer Atrox for Xbox One?

Setting this switch to "Lock" will disable the Start, Back, and Xbox Guide buttons.

Certain "end of life", sell out or discontinued Products may have a shorter Warranty Period; this will be clearly marked at the time of purchase and the given Warranty Period will be stated at that time. Refurbished Products purchased from Razer.com will have the lesser of a 1 year warranty period or the warranty period as stated above. Refurbished products not purchased from Razer.com will have a 90 day warranty period. [a] If you are a customer outside of the U.S. and have validly purchased a Razer Extended Warranty for your product, the Warranty Period shall be extended for another one (1) year period, to be a total of two (2) years commencing upon the date of retail purchase of your Razer Product. The Razer Extended Warranty does not apply to batteries. Aside from the change to Warranty Period, the Razer Extended Warranty does not alter any other terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty.

[b] Products purchased prior to October 1st, 2018 maintain the original 1 year warranty (keyboards with mechanical switches maintain original 2 year warranty).

[c] Warranty period for Razer Firefly HyperFlux is 2 years.

[d] Products purchased prior to October 1st, 2018 maintain the original 6 month warranty.

[e] Limited Warranty: The Razer Iskur is free from defects in workmanship, materials and construction for three years from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect is found, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the defective item, at its discretion. Exclusions and Limitations: This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities and normal wear and tear, including without limitation scratches, dents, discoloration and tears in the head pillow, seat cushion, PU leather, Armrest and stitches of the upholstery.
