Effective February 3, 2026, Razer Synapse 3 will no longer receive updates or support cloud services. After this date, you will be unable to sync your configurations to the cloud or across PCs with the same Razer ID. Device configuration will continue to work, however no new hardware will support Razer Synapse 3.

To ensure continued support and functionality, upgrade to Razer Synapse 4 and utilize the Profile Migration Tool before the sunset date to transfer your existing profiles.

Upgrade to Razer Synapse 4, and use the Razer Synapse 3 Profile Migration tool to migrate your existing profiles to Razer Synapse 4.

Yes, your installed devices will continue to be configurable in Razer Synapse 3. However, if you uninstall these devices completely, you will need to upgrade to Synapse 4 to continue customization.

No. The customer support team will only assist in the migration process from Razer Synapse 3 to Razer Synapse 4.

Your cloud data will not be accessible once the servers are shut down. To ensure continued access to your configurations, download Razer Synapse 4 and migrate your existing Razer Synapse 3 profiles using the Profile Migration Tool.

Your Razer Synapse 3 profiles will remain available in the cloud until February 3, 2026. Upgrading to Razer Synapse 4 will not remove these profiles from the cloud.
