If your Razer Gaming Chair gets stuck or becomes rigid whenever you try to roll it to other places, the caster wheels need replacement.
Important: Put the chair over a smooth work surface to protect it from scratch and any other types of damage during the process.

Remove the head cushion.
Note: Skip this step if your gaming chair has no head cushion.

Turn the chair upside down.

Grab the base then pull out the caster wheels.

Apply some penetrating lubricant between the wheel and wheelbase if the caster wheels are difficult to pull out. Leave it for five minutes before trying again.

Attach replacement caster wheels to the base. Ensure that they click into place.
