Razer Audio App Support & FAQs

1. Power on your supported device.
2. Follow the device’s manual to put it in pairing mode.
3. Download and install the Razer Audio app for iOS or Android. 
4. Open the app.
5. Select your device from the list of supported products.
6. Allow and enable location access when prompted so the app can find your device for pairing procedure.

1. Tap on the update notification in the main menu for the product in the app.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the new update. 

1. Tap on the equalizer settings in the main menu for the product in the app.
2. Select from various EQ presets.
3. Customize your own if your device supports custom EQ profiles. 

1. Update your device’s Bluetooth software or firmware.
2. Ensure your device is in Bluetooth pairing mode and not currently connected to another mobile device.
3. Perform a factory reset on your device.
   • For headsets:
     Triple press the power button and hold onto the last press until you hear an audio cue indicating that the factory reset is complete.
   • For earbuds:
     Triple tap and hold onto the last tap until you hear an audio cue indicating that the factory reset is complete.

   Note: The Razer Audio app may function with limited compatibility on devices running HyperOS.
