How do I check my order status?
If you created an account when you checked out, you can view your order status at https://www.razer.com/my-account/orders. If you checked out as a guest, you need to check your email for order status.
If you have an account and you do not see your order in your order history, it is because you either checked out as a guest or use a different email when you placed the order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you were logged into your Razer ID account when you checked out and you would like to cancel your order, visit https://www.razer.com/my-account/orders within two hours from the time the order was placed and cancel your order. ** Note that after the 2-hour cancelation window, orders cannot be canceled either by customers or agents. **

If your order is held up at customs, it may take up to seven days for your order to clear customs. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of your order.
