Where can I find my order or my order is not displayed in my order history

This answer provides instructions on how to check order history and why your order is not found in your order history.

Important: This answer applies only to orders placed on razer.com. Otherwise, contact your place of purchase.

Orders are available in your order history if:

  • You checked out as a guest
  • You used a different email with the order

Check your email for order status.You will receive email notifications when your order is shipped.

If you have a Razer account when you checked out, check your order status at https://www.razer.com/my-account. You will be prompted to enter your Razer ID if you are not already logged in.
