My Razer Blade is not properly charging from a docking station, USB-C, or a third-party power adapter

This answer explains why the Razer Blade is not drawing enough power from a third-party USB-C Power adapter or docking station.

Razer Blades are designed to work with Razer USB-C adapters and laptop docking stations that are available in 45 W, 65 W, and 100 W. However, be aware that the minimum battery level for power delivery charging to work is 3%. It will not work when the battery percentage is at zero. In this situation, use the shipped power adapter to charge your Razer Blade.

A notification from Razer Synapse will appear when you use a lower-wattage power adapter. Note that this is an expected behavior.
