The Razer Viper Ultimate and Razer Basilisk Ultimate are not charging via the mouse charging dock

Ensure there is no debris or dust is impeding the contact between the mouse and the mouse charging dock.

1. Clean both the pins on the dock and the mouse charging contact surface.
   1. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove larger debris from the pogo pins and the contact surface.
   2. Clean the body of your mouse using a lint-free microfiber cloth. Wipe the surface of your mouse gently but thoroughly.
