How to use the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro (pairing, skipping songs, charging, changing volume, and more)

1. For the first time out of the box, place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid and wait for three seconds.
3. Open the charging case lid to turn on the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds. The earbuds will now be in Bluetooth pairing mode.

If the earbuds were idle for five minutes outside the charging case and have automatically shut off to conserve battery:

1. Press and hold the touch panel on each earbud for two seconds to power them on.
2. If this does not work, place both earbuds back into the charging case and wait for five seconds.
3. Open the charging case. The earbuds should be on.

To power off your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid.

1. For the first time out of the box, place the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid.
3. Keep it within one meter of your device.
4. Open the charging case lid without taking out the earbuds.
5. Ensure there is enough battery power by checking the LED indicator on the charging case. The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
6. On your Bluetooth device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings to turn on Bluetooth.
7. Scan and connect to Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Earbuds.
8. You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” from the earbuds to confirm that they are connected to your device.

Note: Once the earbuds have been paired to a device, they will automatically try to connect to the last paired device every time the charging case’s lid is opened, or when the earbuds are powered on.

If you have your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro paired to two devices at the same time, the audio will only play from one source at a time, depending on which source you are currently connected to. If you want to switch to hearing audio from one device to another (e.g., from your smartphone to your laptop), you’ll have to navigate into your smartphone's Bluetooth setting to disconnect from it first, then connect to the laptop by navigating to its Bluetooth settings.

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case.
2. Close the lid.
3. Assuming the charging case has battery left, it will be charging up the earbuds.
4. Connecting the charging case to a USB port using the included USB-C charging cable to a power source will charge both the earbuds and charging case.

You can activate low latency Gaming Mode by using the earbud's built-in controls or toggling Gaming Mode to on/off in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.

When using the earbud's built-in controls:

• Triple tap and hold the last tap for two seconds on either earbud.
• You will hear audible cue “Gaming Mode” to confirm that it has been activated.
• Doing the same gesture again will return to Normal Mode.
• You will hear audible cue “Normal Mode” to confirm.

When toggling Gaming Mode to on/off in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app:

1.  Keep your earbuds within a very close distance of the audio source when in Gaming Mode (within 2 ft / 60 cm).
2. Switch back to Normal Mode when not gaming.

The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro earbuds feature touch controls. Change music tracks, manage calls, and activate your smartphone’s voice assistant—all from the earbud touch interface. Refer to the manual for a full list of controls or the Razer HammerHead True Wireless Pro video guide.

For a quick control guide:

• Play/Pause the track - Tap and hold for half a second to play or pause the music.
• Skip to the next track - By default, double tap the touch panel on either earbud to skip to the next track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
• Return to the previous track - By default, triple tap the touch panel on either earbud to return to the previous track when listening to music. You can change this gesture in the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app.
