The audio on my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless and True Wireless Pro is not working properly

1. Keep the earbuds charged, powered up, and connected to an audio source via Bluetooth.
2. Check the volume on your audio source.
3. Select the correct playback device in your audio settings if your earbuds are connected to your computer.
4. Make sure the audio source is not muted.

Update your Intel drivers via the Intel Driver Support Assistant if your laptop uses an Intel Wi-Fi module.

1. Place both earbuds inside the charging case.
2. Wait for at least five seconds.
3. Open the charging case and see if the earbuds have repaired with one another. If the pairing is successful, you should hear three tones: one from left earbud, one from right earbud, and one from either earbud.
4. If the issue persists, tap and hold both earbuds for six seconds to activate pairing mode.
5. Tap twice on both earbuds.

• Clean the attached silicone tips with a soft cloth lightly saturated with warm water. Wax buildup on the earbuds may decrease audio quality and cause volume issues.
• Connect the headset to a different audio source and see if the issue persists.

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid and wait for least five seconds.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and see if the issue is fixed.

Enable Bluetooth absolute volume on your Huawei device to control the volume level on the earbuds when adjusting the volume on the phone.
