How to set up the Razer Ripsaw with XSplit Broadcaster

Download and install XSplit Broadcaster at https://www.xsplit.com/broadcaster on your streaming PC.

Log in to your account, or make a brand new one. If it’s your first time using XSplit, it’ll ask you to authenticate to your live streaming service like Twitch, Facebook Live, or Youtube Gaming. Set up your selected streaming service. Otherwise, click "Skip" and proceed.

Click the arrow on the top right corner. Choose your Resolution and Framerate. Follow the guide below based on what kind of game you’re playing:
- 1080p 30FPS – For streaming MOBAs, RTS, RPGs – Generally games with less intense movement.
- 720p 60FPS – The standard for streaming FPS games, games with hyper movement (first-person shooter).
- 1080p 60FPS – Only recommended if you have a high-performance PC.
Note: If you experience any frame drops or poor stream quality, try lowering the Resolution or Framerate.

Go to "Broadcast" > "Set up a new output" > select your preferred streaming service.

After setting up your streaming service, go to "Add Sources" on the lower right corner of your screen and select "Webcam, capture card, video devices" > "Razer Ripsaw".

Click on "Broadcast", then your selected streaming platform. Input your stream Title, Description, and Contents Tag, then click "Start broadcast".
How to set up the Razer Ripsaw with XSplit Gamecaster
Using the Razer Ripsaw with XSplit Gamecaster is as easy as plugging it in and having it be detected by the software. But this only applies to the Paid Version of XSplit Gamecaster.
Note:
- Gamecaster is no longer supported on Cortex 9.0.
- Customers who still wish to use Gamecaster will need to utilize the old Cortex version. Click here to download.
