
Razer has added a new performance mode for the Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) and Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition (2020) called Boost. To take full advantage of this feature, you will need to update your Razer Synapse and install an Embedded Controller (EC) update. With this update, you can now have the option to choose among the CPU performance modes: Low, Medium, High, and Boost.
Please note that this update only applies to Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) and Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition (2020) model numbers that start with RZ09-0330x.

If you just updated Windows, please install the "Optional updates" under Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.

Ensure Razer Synapse is updated to the latest version.

Download and install the latest EC update for your Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) & Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition (2020).
- Download the latest EC Updater.
- Open the file and follow the onscreen prompts to update your EC.
- After installing the updates above, please restart your computer.
