The Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock with Razer Chroma can display dual 4K monitors, 40 Gbps transfer speeds, and connect a variety of devices, all while charging your laptop. See the step-by-step instructions below to set up the Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma.

  1. Use appropriate power cord connected to the power adapter to insert the AC plug into a power outlet.

  2. Connect it to the power port of your Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma.

  3. Connect your Razer device to the Thunderbolt™ 4/USB Type-C port (source) of your computer with the cable provided.

  4. Use the Razer Synapse app to customize your device's lighting effects.

    Note: Install Razer Synapse when prompted or download the installer.

  5. Verify that the Chroma lighting underglow is enabled.

  6. A prompt "Thunderbolt 4 device connected" should show on the computer.
