The sound quality on my headset is worse when it’s paired to my PC vs. my mobile device

This answer shows how to set the audio output on your PC to get the best audio quality on your Bluetooth headset.

To ensure the best audio quality while using a Bluetooth headset on your PC, perform the following:

  1. Click on the speaker icon in the system tray.

  2. Select the stereo version of your Bluetooth headset as your playback device. See examples below:

    • Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro
