The Razer Blade Pro 17" (Late 2019) is shipped with “Dedicated GPU only” configuration, which makes the Intel UHD Graphics 630 unavailable in the Device Manager. It will only show if you select “Hybrid” as the preferred GPU mode in Razer Synapse. Do this by following these steps:

  1. Open Razer Synapse. 
  2. Go to "PERFORMANCE".
  3. Under the “GPU MODE” section, select “Hybrid” as the preferred mode.
  4. Restart your system for it to take effect.
