  • Fixed an issue where audio is heard softly on one earcup after continuously adjusting the volume.

Step-by-step Process

  1. Download the latest firmware update.
  2. Close Razer Synapse and all other running applications before proceeding with the update.
  3. Run the downloaded firmware then click "NEXT" to proceed.

    Note: Clicking "NEXT" will shut down all running Razer applications.

  4. Plug the headset into your PC then click "UPDATE".

  6.  Unplug and then replug your headset to your computer.

  7. When completed, a message will pop up to confirm the update. Click "CLOSE".
