If your Razer Phone's touchscreen is not working or is not responding, it is possible that there is a glitch or software issue. Do the following to resolve this issue:
- Power off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously to enter Recovery Mode. Release the buttons only when you see the "Three-Headed Snake" logo.
- Use the volume down button on the menu to select “Wipe data/factory reset”.
- Press the Power button.
- Select “Reboot System Now” when prompted.
