Disable Battery Boost or turn Battery Saving feature off to resolve this issue.

Note: Ensure you have installed all the latest Microsoft® Windows Operating Systems and Security Updates before you get started.

Click "Start" > “GeForce Experience”.

Click on the “Settings” icon.

Select “GENERAL”.

Disable “BATTERY BOOST 2.0”.

The Blade will keep on running at maximum settings and will no longer choose to preserve battery life over performance.

Even if “Battery Boost 2.0” is disabled, the performance will not be as good as plugged-in.
Turn Battery Saving off

Navigate to Settings > System > Battery.

Uncheck “Battery Saver” to disable the feature.
