Disable Battery Boost

Note: Ensure you have installed all the latest Microsoft® Windows Operating Systems and Security Updates before you get started.

  1. Click "Start" > “GeForce Experience”.

    Click GeForce Experience

  2. Click on the “Settings” icon.

    Click Settings

  3. Select “GENERAL”.

  4. Disable “BATTERY BOOST 2.0”.

Note:
  • The Blade will keep on running at maximum settings and will no longer choose to preserve battery life over performance.

  • Even if “Battery Boost 2.0” is disabled, the performance will not be as good as plugged-in.

Turn Battery Saving off

  1. Navigate to Settings > System > Battery.

  2. Uncheck “Battery Saver” to disable the feature.
