Step-by-step process

Open Streamlabs OBS and add a Video Capture Device in the "Sources" window.

Specify Razer Ripsaw HD HDMI.

Add an Audio Input Capture in the same Sources window.

Specify your microphone, if you have one plugged into your Ripsaw HD and streaming computer.

Add a webcam it as an additional Video Capture Device.

Go to "Settings" > "Output" and set your preferred Video Bitrate and Encoder.
Note: Your Video Bitrate should be over 6000 Kbps and your Encoder set to “Hardware (NVENC)”.

Go to "Audio" > "Mic/Auxiliary Audio" and specify “Razer Ripsaw HD HDMI”.

Go to "Stream" and specify your stream channel’s service.

Enter your channel’s Stream Key.
Note: If you are using Twitch, find your Stream Key in Preferences, under the Creator Dashboard.

Adjust your audio levels in the Audio Mixer next to the Sources window.

Press “Start Streaming” to the far right to start streaming.
