A non-charging Razer Nabu is caused by dirty charging contacts, faulty charging sources (ex. USB port or plug), or a defective USB charging cable. Follow the steps below to fix charging issues on a Razer Nabu.
Step-by-step process
- Clean the charging contacts using a moist cotton swab. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to get rid of any stubborn debris. Do not submerge your Nabu in hot water or use abrasive cleaners. Thoroughly dry your Nabu before attempting to charge.
- Use a different USB port. Your charger may not be getting enough power from that specific USB port.
- Use the USB charging cable directly to your computer's USB port or a USB wall charger. Powered or unpowered USB hubs do not always provide a consistent output to charge your Nabu.
- Restart your Razer Nabu.
