If the Nabu is not syncing with the Nabu app, perform these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure your iPhone is officially supported.
- Ensure your operating system is iOS 8 or higher.
- Ensure your iPhone has Bluetooth enabled and is paired to the Nabu.
- Check if existing sync is not in progress. To do this:
- Open the Nabu app
- Check the Device screen to see the last time the Nabu was synced and if syncing is in progress.
Note: The time to complete sync will vary and may take up to 30 minutes or more if the time from the last sync is more than five days.
- Force quit the Nabu app. To do this:
- Tap the Home button twice on your iPhone to display recently used apps.
- Swipe up to remove the Nabu app from the list.
- You may need to log back into your account after a Force quit.
Note: Multiple devices connected to the iPhone's Bluetooth (i.e., speakers, other trackers) can interfere with the BT function of the Nabu.
