How to power on and off the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X
- Open the charging case lid to turn on the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X earbuds and activate pairing mode.
- Power off the earbuds by placing them inside the charging case and closing the lid.
Note: The earbuds will power off to conserve battery if left outside the case for a few minutes. Press and hold the touch panel on each earbud for two seconds to wake them. If the earbuds refuse to wake, place both earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid. Wait for five seconds, then open the charging case again.
How to connect the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X earbuds to a Bluetooth-capable device
- Open the charging case lid to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device, then scan for and connect to “Razer Hammerhead TWS X”.
- Listen for an audible cue from the earbuds to confirm that they are connected to your device.
Note: Once the earbuds have been paired to a device, they will automatically connect to the last paired device every time the charging cases lid is opened.
How to switch between different devices that are paired with the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X
Using the Razer Audio mobile app:
- Open the Razer Audio mobile app on your mobile device and tap on the Smart Link section.
- Tap on the “Quick Connect” option to switch between connected devices
Using your device's Bluetooth settings
- Disconnect the device that is currently connected to your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X.
- Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings to connect with the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X.

Adjust audio volume
- Double tap right earbud to increase volume.
- Double tap left earbud to decrease volume.
Skip to the next track
Double tap the touch panel on either earbud.
Return to the previous track
Triple-tap the touch panel on either earbud.
How to charge the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X earbuds
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. The charging case will charge the earbuds if it has any battery left.
- With the earbuds inside and the lid closed, connect the charging case to a USB power source using the included USB-C charging cable to charge both devices at the same time.
Note: For first-time use, we suggest keeping the earbuds inside the charging case and plugging it in to charge for at least one hour.
