How to switch profiles on a Razer keyboard with and without hotkeys

1. Open Razer Synapse.

2. Go to "KEYBOARD" > "CUSTOMIZE".

   

3. Click on the Menu and select "SWITCH PROFILE".

   

4. Select the type of switching:

   • Next and Previous Profile - go to the next or previous profile used.

   • Cycle Up or Cycle Down - cycle up or down between profiles. If you have reached the last profile, the next click will send you back to the first profile.

   • Specific Profile - choose from your list of profiles and have one of them assigned to your button.

   

5. Press the button combination and click "SAVE".

6. Ensure Razer Synapse is running in the background.

Note: Check your your keyboard's technical specification and confirm that it has an on-board memory before getting started.

1. Open Razer Synapse.

2. Go to "KEYBOARD" > "CUSTOMIZE".

   

3. Click on the Memory icon.

   

4. Drag and drop the profile you want to save on the onboard memory to whichever color profile you want.

   

5. Refer to Switch keyboard profiles using hotkeys to switch keyboard profiles.

6. Ensure Razer Synapse is not running in the background.

The Razer keyboard is set to the factory default profile out of the box. See the table below for instructions on switching to another profile to access the Actuation Point and Rapid Trigger adjustments.

Note: All profiles have adjustable actuation points and rapid trigger sensitivities. Aside from the factory default profile, all other profiles are remappable using the Razer Synapse. Profiles that are mapped with the controller functionality require the Razer Synapse to be installed.

Factory Default	fn + home		The default key mapping of the keyboard with actuation point is set to 2.0 mm. This profile cannot be customized.
FPS Rapid Trigger	fn + pg up		All keys on this profile are set to 1.2 mm actuation point, and the Rapid Trigger Mode is turned on with 0.3 mm sensitivity.
Analog WASD	fn + del		Use the WASD keys like a controller’s left analog stick. All other keys have their actuation point set to 1.2 mm.
Racing	fn + end		Use the WASD keys to Accelerate (), Turn Left (), Break/Reverse (), and Turn Right (), respectively. All other keys have their actuation point set to 1.2 mm.
High Sensitivity	fn + pg dn		All keys on this profile are set to 0.8 mm actuation point and Rapid Trigger mode is turned on with 0.3 mm sensitivity. This is a highly reactive keyboard profile.

Note: All profiles (except the Factory Default) support adjustable actuation points, Rapid Trigger sensitivity, and can be remapped using the Razer Synapse app. Profiles mapped with the controller functionality require the Razer Synapse app.

Press the fn + ' (apostrophe) key combination to cycle through the preset profiles as shown in the table below.

Profile	Color	Description
Last-used Razer Synapse profile		Quickly load the last used profile on Razer Synapse. This profile cannot be customized.
Factory Default		Default key mapping of the keyboard with actuation point set to 2.0 mm and 8000 Hz polling rate. This profile cannot be customized.
FPS Rapid Trigger		All keys on the profile are set to 1.2 mm actuation point, with Rapid Trigger mode turned on for the WASD keys at 0.3 mm sensitivity.
Analog WASD		All keys are set to 1.2 mm actuation point. Use the WASD keys like a controller's left analog stick.
Racing		All keys are set to 1.2 mm actuation point. Use the WASD keys to Accelerate (), Turn Left (), Break/Reverse (), and Turn Right (), respectively.
High Sensitivity		For those seeking a highly reactive keyboard, all keys on this profile are set to 0.8 mm actuation point and Rapid Trigger Mode turned on with 0.3 mm sensitivity.

For other Razer On-Board Memory (OBM) keyboards, hold fn and check the bottom row. The illuminated key is the profile switch shortcut, which may be the Menu key, Alt key, or another key, depending on your keyboard model.
