You can view the video below for instructions or review a copy of the video transcript.

  1. Start with the headset powered off.

  2. Ensure there is enough battery power then press and hold the Power button for about five seconds until the indicator light next to the Power button blinks blue (you will hear two audible cues: first “Power On” then second “Pairing”).

Your headset is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.

  3. Navigate to your device’s Bluetooth settings to scan, pair, and connect to your headset wirelessly. You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” and the status indicator will briefly change to static blue to confirm that your headset and device are connected.

Headsets with BT Mode

While powered on, press the Bluetooth or Multi-function button until the status indicator is lit or until you hear a tone to activate Bluetooth pairing mode. Follow your device’s instructions to pair it with your headset. Once the headset is paired, the status indicator will briefly change to static blue.

Headsets with Wired and Wireless Mode

  1. Start with the headset powered off.

  2. Ensure there’s power then press and hold the Power button for about five seconds until you hear an audible cue that sounds like sonar, which indicates that the headset is now in Bluetooth pairing mode. Ensure the headset is right next to the device you are trying to pair to.

  3. Then navigate to your device’s Bluetooth settings to scan, pair, and connect to your headset wirelessly. Be sure not to connect to "Razer Stereo".

True Wireless Stereo Earbuds

  1. Keeping within one meter of your mobile device, open the charging case lid without taking out the earbuds. Ensure there is enough battery power by checking the LED indicator on the charging case.

Your True Wireless Stereo Earbuds are now in Bluetooth pairing mode.

  2. Navigate to your device’s Bluetooth settings to turn on Bluetooth.

  3. Then scan for and connect to your True Wireless Stereo Earbuds. You will hear an audible cue “Bluetooth Connected” from the earbuds to confirm that they are connected to your device.

Note: Once the earbuds have been paired to a device, they will automatically try to connect to the last paired device every time the charging case’s lid is opened, or when the earbuds are powered on.
