Scenario: When taking a voice or video call on my PC using my headset that is paired via Bluetooth, the other party cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. What should I do?

In the voice or video call app, ensure to select the correct audio setting for taking calls by selecting the “Hands-Free AG Audio” profile. See examples below:
