This article provides troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with the earbuds not working together.

Do any of the workarounds below.

Select preferred option

Reconnect the earbuds

  1. Place the misbehaving earbud inside the charging case and close the lid.

  2. Wait about five seconds and then open the charging case.

  3. The earbud should reconnect automatically.

Charge the earbuds

  1. Place both earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid.

  2. Plug your device a power source for about 15 minutes and try again.

Pair the earbuds to each other

  1. Press both earbuds until you hear it go to "Pairing".

  2. Double tap both earbuds simultaneously.

  3. Listen for a two-blip tone from one of the earbuds, followed by another blip two seconds later. This means both earbuds have paired together successfully.

  4. Pair your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless to your phone again.

Clean the contact point on the earbuds

Using a cotton bud:

  1. Dip a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.

  2. Gently rub on the surface of the connecting pins located at the bottom of the earbuds.

  3. Open the charging case.

  4. Use a new cotton bud with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, gently insert it into the cavity and clean the bottom.
