Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 support for new Razer devices in Synapse will end on October 10, 2021. Existing devices will continue to function and Razer will continue to provide security updates on systems running Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. While Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7, support for Windows 8.1 will continue until January 10, 2023.
We strongly recommend users upgrade to Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11.
