Razer mouse does not track on a multi-colored mouse pad

This is a common issue for Razer mice with the calibration feature which is designed to function on a surface with a certain level of uniformity.

To resolve this issue, do either of the following:

• Switch off the calibration feature
• Switch to a non-multicolored mouse pad
