You can check your RMA status in two ways:

Razer Support Portal (Razer ID login required)
Below is a summary of RMA statuses and their descriptions.
| RMA Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Unused Pre-Paid Label | The pre-paid label provided by Razer has neither been used nor scanned by a shipping courier. The RMA case will then be closed if the label is not used within 14 days. |
| In Transit to Razer | The defective product is either on its way to Razer or has already been received and is being prepared for processing. |
| Out of Stock | The product is currently out stock and in backorder. You will receive an email with the shipment tracking number once we have it in stock and available for shipment. |
| Received and Being Processed | Razer has received the defective product and is being processed for repair or replacement. Please check your email for updates on your RMA case. |
| In Transit to Customer | Razer has already shipped the device to you. Please check your email for the shipment tracking information. |
| Response/Payment Required | We need a response from you in order for the RMA to proceed. If you've received a quotation for repair, payment is required. You can log into our support portal to pay or reply to the RMA. |
| Closed | Your RMA case has been closed. |
| Contact Support | You will need to contact us for more details. |
| RMA in Progress | RMA request has been received and is being processed. |
