RMA Packaging Guidelines

| Answer ID: 5649
This answer will show you details about RMA packaging guidelines.

Follow the steps below. Failure to do so may result to delay in processing the repair or replacement for your product.

  1. If your product contains a storage device, complete a full back-up of your data. To protect your privacy, erase all personal information and reset your product to factory default before shipping it.

  2. Make sure to include all the accessories such as the power supply and any cables that came with your product.

  3. Pack your product securely using the original shipping box. If you do not have the original box, use a brand-new box with adequate packing material to hold the product securely in place. Razer will not be responsible for products damaged in transit.

  4. Attach the pre-paid label that Razer provided via email outside of the box and write the RMA number clearly on the box to avoid any delays. If you have any questions regarding your RMA, contact Razer directly.
