Ensure that your Razer Hanbo All-In-One Liquid Cooler can cool your processor completely through the following:
-
Clean off any dust or debris lodged in the fans or the radiator preferably using compressed air or if needed, a damp cloth. Allow fans to dry completely.
-
Remove anything that could be impeding the fans like cables, case framing, or other objects.
-
Check that the fan screws are not torqued too tightly and instead should be snug, but not over tightened.
-
Check that the radiator is mounted with the tubes located at the bottom if the radiator is mounted on the front of your case.
Note: Mounting your cooler with the tubes at the top can cause increased noise levels, suboptimal thermal temperatures, and potential pump failure due to an increased risk of bubbles being pulled inside the pump.
-
Keep the wired connections between the system and the Razer Hanbo All-In-Cooler snug and secure.
-
Check for any leakages.
-
Check if the Razer Hanbo All-In-One Cooler’s fan speed and pump speed are being detected by Razer Synapse.
-
Reapply thermal paste if necessary.
