Below are the steps to fix a nonworking USB passthrough or 3.5 mm audio port on your Razer keyboard.
For USB passthrough
- Plug the keyboard directly into the PC and not a USB hub.
- Ensure the two USB connectors from the keyboard are properly connected to the PC.
- Connect the USB connectors to a different set of USB ports.
- Connect a different device to the USB passthrough port to test if the port is working.
For 3.5 mm audio passthrough
- Plug the keyboard's audio connector to a different 3.5 mm audio, mic-in, or line-in port.
- Use an audio splitter to utilize the audio out/mic-in combo port if your PC is equipped with a non-combo port.
- Connect a different headset to test if the audio port is working.
