This answer will show you how to fix the USB passthrough or 3.5 mm audio port on your Razer keyboard.

Below are the steps to fix a nonworking USB passthrough or 3.5 mm audio port on your Razer keyboard.

For USB passthrough

  1. Plug the keyboard directly into the PC and not a USB hub.
  2. Ensure the two USB connectors from the keyboard are properly connected to the PC.
  3. Connect the USB connectors to a different set of USB ports.
  4. Connect a different device to the USB passthrough port to test if the port is working.

For 3.5 mm audio passthrough

  1. Plug the keyboard's audio connector to a different 3.5 mm audio, mic-in, or line-in port.
  2. Use an audio splitter to utilize the audio out/mic-in combo port if your PC is equipped with a non-combo port.
  3. Connect a different headset to test if the audio port is working.
