I have issues pairing my Razer Wireless Charger to my phone

This article provides the steps to resolve pairing issues with the Razer Wireless Charger to the phone.

 

If you experience issues with your Razer Wireless Charger after pairing, restore the charger to its factory settings. To do this:

  1. Launch the Razer Chroma app.
  2. Select the Wireless Charger you would like to reset by clicking the "i" icon on the Info screen. 
  3. Select "Reset Device Settings".
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Remove the Bluetooth pairing from your phone by going to your phone's Settings > Connected Devices > Bluetooth > Remove Razer Wireless Charger.
  6. Go to the app and restart the pairing process.
