How to pair the Razer Head Cushion Chroma to a PC or mobile device

This article provides instructions on how to pair the Razer Head Cushion to a PC or mobile device.

Select Windows version

Pair the Razer Head Cushion to a PC (Windows 10)

  1. Press and hold the multifunction button.

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered off:

      1. Press and hold the multifunction button for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered on:

      1. Press the multifunction button and then press and hold for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

  2. Click “Start” > “Settings” on your PC.

  3. Click “Devices”.

    Click Devices

  4. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Click “Devices”.

  5. Click “Add Bluetooth or other device”.

  6. Click “Bluetooth”.

  7. Click the Razer Head Cushion Chroma to pair the device to the PC.

  8. Wait for the pairing to complete.

Once successfully paired with your PC, the Razer THS logo will return to its previous lighting.

Note: Your Razer Head Cushion Chroma can connect to only one PC or mobile device at a time.

Pair the Razer Head Cushion to a PC (Windows 11)

  1. Press and hold the multifunction button.

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered off:

      Press and hold the multifunction button for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered on:

      1. Press the multifunction button and then press and hold for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

  2. Click “Start” > “Settings” on your PC.

  3. Select “Bluetooth & devices” then click on “Add device”.

  4. Click “Bluetooth”.

  5. Click the Razer Head Cushion Chroma to pair the device to the PC.

Once successfully paired with your PC, the Razer THS logo will return to its previous lighting.

Note: Your Razer Head Cushion Chroma can connect to only one PC or mobile device at a time.

Pair the Razer Head Cushion to a mobile device

  1. Press and hold the multifunction button.

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered off, press and hold the multifunction button for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

      If the Razer Head Cushion is powered off, press and hold the multifunction button for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue

    • If the Razer Head Cushion is powered on, press the multifunction button and then press and hold for at least five seconds or until the Razer THS logo starts blinking blue.

  2. Tap “Settings” on your phone.

  3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

  4. Tap “Razer Head Cushion Chroma” to pair with your mobile phone.

    • iOS

  5. Wait for the pairing to complete.

Once successfully paired with your PC, the Razer THS logo will return to its previous lighting.
