Razer Nexus Mobile App Support & FAQs

1. Tap update notification in the main menu for the product in the app.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the new update.

1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Find the Nexus App.
3. Clean data and cache.

1. Ensure the virtual controller is switched on before launching the game through Razer Nexus.

   Note: The toggle can be found at the bottom of the screen once a game is chosen within the Razer Nexus dashboard. If the toggle is not present, this indicates that the selected game does not support virtual controller.

2. Ensure the firmware and the Razer Nexus app are updated to the latest version.

Note: Only M1 and M2 keys are remappable.

1. Go to the Nexus menu.
2. Tap on Remapping.
3. Tap on M1/M2 and choose the key that you want to map to.

1. Go to the Nexus menu.
2. Tap on streaming and sign in to your Facebook or YouTube account.
3. Go back and tap on the livestream button.
4. Tap on either Facebook Live or YouTube.

1. Sign in to YouTube.
2. Go to the Account Thumbnail in the top-right corner and select Settings > Account.
3. Click "Create a new channel" and enter a channel name.
4. On the Account page, select Channel status and features.
5. Enable Intermediate features.

Note: YouTube requires phone number or ID image verification to enable Intermediate features. Verification may take up to three days. Intermediate features must be enabled before you can start a live broadcast in Razer Nexus.

The Razer Nexus app is available for download on Google Play.

Some games do not allow Nexus to record audio.
