STEP BY STEP PROCESS

1. Download the latest firmware updater with the link above.

2. Run the program as Admin.

   

3. Connect the dongle to your PC, then click "NEXT".

   

4. Connect the headset to your PC using a USB cable, then click "UPDATE".

   

5. Wait for the firmware update to complete.

   Note: Do not unplug your headset or dongle while the update process is ongoing.

   

6. Close the updater once completed.
