I am unable to pair the Chroma App with my Razer Wireless Charger

This article is a quick guide on how to fix the pairing issue between the Chroma App and your Razer Wireless Charger.

 

Follow the steps below to resolve the pairing issues on the Chroma app with the Razer Wireless Charger:

  1. Restart the wireless Charger.

  2. Restart the Phone.

  3. Go to Settings > App >  Chroma > Storage if the issue persists.

  4. Select "Clear Data/Storage" and "Clear cache" under Storage.

  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and re-install the Razer Chroma App.
