STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

2. Save any open documents on your computer.

3. Close all other programs.

4. Download the latest driver.

Update Process

Note: Ensure your antivirus software is up to date before updating the headset firmware to avoid false positive detection during installation.

1. Run the updater.

2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

   

4. Plug in the wireless USB dongle to PC then click "UPDATE".

   

5. Unplug and replug the dongle. 

   

6. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

   

7. Unplug the dongle from the PC.

   

8. Power on your headset while plugging it directly into your PC using the charging cable.

   

9. Click "NEXT".

   

10. Click "UPDATE".

    

11. Press and hold the Power and HyperSense buttons simultaneously for nine seconds. 

    

12. Do not power off or unplug the cable while the device is updating.

    

13. Click "NEXT".

    

14. Click "UPDATE".

    

15. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

    

16. Click "CLOSE" once the update is complete.
