This is a guide showing the latest version of the Razer Viper V2 Pro Firmware update and how to install it successfully.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

  1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

  2. Save all files and close all programs.

  3. Download the latest firmware.

Update Process

  1. Run the updater.

  2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

  4. Select your device and click "NEXT".

  5. Plug in the wireless USB dongle to your PC then click "UPDATE".

  6. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  8. Switch off the mouse then connect it to your PC using the supplied USB cable. Click "UPDATE".

  9. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  11. Click "CLOSE" once the update is complete.
