My Razer Stream Controller is not responding while using Windows

This article will show you how to fix the unresponsive buttons and dials on the Razer Stream Controller while using Windows.

If some or all the buttons and dials on your Razer Stream Controller are not responding when pressed or rotated while using Windows, this means a third-party antivirus software is blocking the commands.

Follow the steps below to fix this issue.

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security".
  2. Click “Windows Security” > “Firewall & network protection”.
  3. Click “Allow an app through the firewall”.
  4. Check if the Loupedeck software is allowed through the firewall. To make changes, click “Change settings”.
  5. Click “OK”.
