How to get Razer Axon logs

This article shows you how to collect Razer Axon logs.

 

Follow the steps below to collect Razer Axon logs:

  1. Download the Razer Axon log collector tool.

  2. Unzip the file.

  3. Run the "LogTool.exe" file.

  4. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

  5. Add a description of the issue, then click the "Output" button.

    Note: This will generate a protected "zip" file containing the logs on your desktop and will be named with your local PC time (for example, 2020_09_17_11_22_48.zip).

  6. Alternatively, manually locate and provide log files from these locations:

    • Axon logs: %localappdata%\Razer\RazerAxon\Log

    • Razer LWI logs: C:\ProgramData\Razer\Installer\Logs

    • Razer Central logs: C:\ProgramData\Razer\Razer Central\Log

  7. Upload your logs to the cloud service (for example, Dropbox, One Drive, or Google Drive).

  8. Provide us with the log link in your private message. Ensure you give access permission when sharing the file link.
