After updating the NVIDIA drivers on your Razer Blade, the external monitor that is connected to the USB-C port stops working.

Select an option to resolve this issue

Roll back to the previous NVIDIA driver version

Perform a roll back to NVIDIA driver version 512.33 to resolve this issue.

  1. Enter “device manager” in the Windows search box.
  2. Click the “>” button next to Display adapters.
  3. Right-click on the NVIDIA driver then click “Properties”.

  4. Click on the “Driver” tab.
  5. Click “Roll Back Driver”.

Uninstall the current NVIDIA driver

If rolling back to NVIDIA driver version 512.33 is not possible, uninstall the current NVDIA driver instead.

  1. Enter “device manager” in the Windows search box.
  2. Click the “>” button next to Display adapters.
  3. Right-click on the NVIDIA driver then click “Properties”.
  4. Click "Uninstall device".
