Step-by-step Process

Before you start

  1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

  2. Save all files and close all programs.

  3. Download the latest firmware.

Update process

  1. Run the downloaded firmware then click "NEXT" to proceed.

  2. Connect the soundbar directly to your PC using the Type-C cable.

  3. Turn on the soundbar by pressing the power button.

  4. Click "UPDATE".

  5. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

  6. Press the Power button to turn on the soundbar.

    Note: The "NEXT" button will appear once you have turned on your device.
