This answer will show you how to fix an issue where the play or pause function on the Razer Barracuda X (2022) is not working properly.

 

Below are the steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Connect the headset to a PC using the 2.4 GHz dongle.

  2. Connect the headset to the same PC via Bluetooth. The indicator on the headset should light up sort of green-blue.

  3. Set the speakers or output device to “Razer Barracuda X 2.4” (not “Razer Barracuda X BT”).
