People cannot hear me during calls using my Razer Edge

If the caller is unable to hear you during calls, it could be caused by poor network coverage. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix this problem. 

Important: Before proceeding, ensure your device is up-to-date by performing a system update. 

  1. Check network coverage on the Razer Edge.

    Note: Network signal is affected by walls, buildings, trees, and weather. In most cases, call issues are due to the network coverage in the location you are in. 

  2. Drop your call and attempt to call again.

  3. If people still cannot hear you during a call, perform a hard reset to clear any glitches on the Edge.

  4. Back up your Edge data and perform a factory reset.
