Check network coverage on the Razer Edge.
Note: Network signal is affected by walls, buildings, trees, and weather. In most cases, call issues are due to the network coverage in the location you are in.

Drop your call and attempt to call again.

If people still cannot hear you during a call, perform a hard reset to clear any glitches on the Edge.
