STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

2. Save all files and close all programs.

3. Download the latest firmware.

Update Process

1. Run the updater.

2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

   

4. Connect the soundbar directly to your PC using the Type-C cable.

   

5. Turn on the soundbar by pressing the power button.

6. Click "UPDATE".

7. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

   

8. Click "CLOSE" once the update is complete.
