STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Before you start

1. If using a laptop, ensure it is plugged into a wall outlet. Do not let it run on battery alone.

2. Save any open documents on your computer.

3. Close all other programs.

4. Download the latest firmware.

Update Process

1. Run the updater.

2. Click "Yes" if the User Account Control window pops up to proceed.

3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. The updater will close all running Razer applications.

   

4. Connect the wireless USB dongle directly to the PC.

5. Click "UPDATE".

   

6. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

   

7. Click "NEXT" once the update is complete.

   

8. Follow the onscreen instructions.

   

9. Push the Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed's slider button to Bluetooth mode.

10. Press and hold button 12 on the thumb grid and the DPI stage up and down buttons simultaneously for three seconds.

11. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select "Naga V2 HS" from the list of devices found.

12. Open "Bluetooth & other devices".

13. Wait until the mouse pairs with your device. The status indicator will briefly turn static blue once paired.

14. On Windows Bluetooth Settings, click on "Add Bluetooth or other device" then select your Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed.

    

15. Open "Bluetooth & other devices".

16. Click "UPDATE".

    

17. Wait until the update process is complete. Do not interrupt.

    

18. Wait for the Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed to finish resetting. Do not switch off the device.

    

19. Click "NEXT".

    

20. Click "EXIT" once the update is complete.
