Razer Edge’s touchscreen is not responding

This answer provides instructions on how to fix touchscreen issues with your Razer Edge.

 

If your Razer Edge's touchscreen is not working or responding, there is a possibility of a glitch or software issue. 

Do the following to resolve this issue:

  1. Power off the device.

  2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously to enter Recovery Mode. 

  3. Release the buttons once the "Three-Headed Snake" Razer logo appears.

  4. Press the volume down button on the menu to select “Wipe data/factory reset”.

  5. Press the Power button.

  6. Select “Reboot System Now” when prompted.
