If your Razer Edge's touchscreen is not working or responding, there is a possibility of a glitch or software issue.
Do the following to resolve this issue:

Power off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously to enter Recovery Mode.

Release the buttons once the "Three-Headed Snake" Razer logo appears.

Press the volume down button on the menu to select “Wipe data/factory reset”.

Press the Power button.
-
Select “Reboot System Now” when prompted.
