The profile indicator LED will not change its color while Razer Synapse is open. This is by design. You will see a banner indicating which profile is in use at the bottom right of your screen instead. The profile indicator LED will only change its color to show the profile in use when Razer Synapse is NOT running.
Note: This is only applicable to mice with onboard memory and can store more than one profile.
