The Razer Firefly HyperFlux is designed to directly power HyperFlux enabled devices. It will not charge the battery of a mobile phone regardless if it is capable of wireless charging or not.
Note: Keep foreign objects off the mouse mat as they interfere with the magnetic field and power transfer between the mat and the mouse.
